It works by pumping a controlled flow of water from your heat source through plastic pipework installed within your floor. Each room can be on a separate zone controlled by its own individual room thermostat, giving you greater control over the heat distribution in your home.

Boiler Servicing
In order for your boiler to operate reliably, at maximum efficiency and to minimise potential boiler repairs, regular Boiler Servicing is essential. A boiler is the heart of your central heating system so it is important that your boiler servicing engineer is registered from both a legal and confidence perspective. All our plumbing and central heating engineers are registered and highly qualified to be able to deal with your boiler servicing.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers are qualified to carry out gas safety inspections and issue certificates. Upon completion of all necessary safety checks you will be issued with a certificate. This certificate will be proof that all appliances are safe to use; a copy will need to be given to your tenant within 28 days of being issued and you will also need to retain a copy for two years from this point.
